At Steve Dale we consult with a number of Architects who individually represent a particular strength in their profession. Using the correct Architect is essential to ensure a smooth workflow for whatever project you are undertaking and we are confident with all of our highly qualified associates. Whether it’s designing a new property or undertaking a loft conversion or extension the Architect is essential in supplying the technical skills for submission to planning and subsequently the contractor.

Steve Dale Construction will help you find the most appropriate Architect for your project and then assist you in communicating your ideas. The resulting plans will then be acted upon accordingly being either submitted for planning approval, to a structural engineer or to the contractor. At every step of the process you can be assured that Steve Dale Construction will be there to help.

Gas and Electrical Services

With any utility whether it be gas, electricity, or water you must ensure complete safety at all times. Steve Dale Construction uses registered specialists who are all certified in their respective trades.

Gas Safe Register Logo

'Gas Safe' is represented by a yellow triangular logo that signifies that the holder is qualified to work on gas related projects. It is important to know that their 'registered number' is your guarantee to gas safety and you should always ask any Gas Safe registered contractor for their registration number before allowing them to undertake any work.

Similarly, on the electrical front you need to ensure that the electrician is both qualified and registered with a reputable Electrical Registration Organization such as the 'NICEIC' organization.
